Shingles comes from the chicken pox.
If someone chickenpox in their youth, will stay with them, and sometimes it comes as zoster (shingles) and is very painful. You can use calamine lotion to heal faster. Shingles usually takes one side of the body part is found.
I had shingles when I was about 12, back, and is painful. It is worse in adults, but like chicken pox. If someone herpes zoster, should not allow that any person who has never been contact with chicken pox the affected area.
The elderly are particularly vulnerable when they are sick because their immune systems are weaker than the younger ones.

I think it is called Zostavax vaccine or something.
Thank you for your time, I hope that helped :-)

I do not know all vaccines, but do not believe that crap anyway ...

What do I know you can do is time and lysine intake and reduces the time and the pain that you have to deal with it!

And that is all natural, no side effects ...
